Hello!

This is my second blog. I'm trying to wrap my head around how the system works and what sequence to develop and communicate my ideas so that people like you can learn more about what I'm working to create here on zaadz, how I'm going about doing it and how you can collaborate and creatively contribute to making this happen.

So what am I doing?
Essentially I am passionate about multimedia with a world changing message. Hense the my recently registering a company called: Awaken Multimedia. 

Please bare with me as this project is in development as am I. Growing in my ability to clearly see my vision and express it to you in a way you can engage with.

This Blog will document the ongoing development of this idea and my learning process as someone working to change the world through the realization of their passion, purpose and plan.

So What am I doing?

I AM developing a reality TV Show concept which utilizes user generated (primarily video) content submitted by members of online social networks such as zaadz.

It will make a profit. More on that as the blog evolves.

Basically (and I'm trying to keep it basic, as I learn about what elements it involves and what questions need to be answered for it to be successful. And as I define what success for me and this project looks like). 

I think this process of growth and development I'm going through is something alot of people are going through - Wanting to bring their dream into the world, not exactly knowing what it is, how to do it, and how to get other people involved in making it happen.

So (back to) basically this is what I AM doing - Developing an online Reality TV Show and coaching and leadership system which enables World Changers to answer these questions for themselves and have the ongoing assistance of a community of experts and peers to significantly increase the likelihood of them achieving their goals.     

So,

I AM developing a coaching system which aims to accelerate peoples progress in becoming world changing business people, Self Realized CEO's, Conscious Capitalists and Social / Altruistic Entrepreneurs. Basically people in an empowered place with the inner and outer resources to be the change they want to see in the world in a deeply impactful way.

I AM building a team of zaadzster to help me make this happen. People who see the potential of this idea to further their goals, for the zaadz community and ultimately for the benefit of the world - which needs us to be as empowered, prosperous and  successful as possible in our healing and transformational work.

If so please tell me what interests you about this project, what are some of your precious gifts and skills you might be able to utilse and grow through being a part of this. Please let me know points I've raised that interest you. I love encouragement and suggestions and I love people engaging me in conversation even more about exactly where I'm at, Waht I need next and how they may be able to help.

Being Specific

This really is something I am passionate about seeing more of, on networks like zaadz and in the world in general. Imagine how much faster we could do and be what we want to do and be if we all shared concisely what we want to create, where we are at, and what we need next. And then if we really listened to learn how we can help that person and followed through on giving each other the contacts, info and support we can which helps their specific need/project. Wow!

Can you imagine what we could accomplish... 

Mental Note: I'm working on requests, how to make them and how to enroll people in my vision. Obviously! Judging by my rambling and reflective blog. I think this too is a key lesson we are all students and teachers of - how to know what we want, share what we are doing with others, get them excited about being involved and asking for what we want in a way which is clear and hopefully successful. I am working on a business overview for the project which outlines all the details. But this blog is good for me as a journal to explore my ideas and think on them.  

So What Am I doing again...?
See my first blog for some back ground. 
zaadzsters submit video clips of themselves talking about how they are (wanting to be) the change in the world. A team of coaches with skills spanning the spectrum of inner and outer talents that an integral social entrepreneur needs review entries and choose ones that have a combination of passion and sincererity and a good idea that can really effect massive positive change.

Ideally and eventually it'll be like Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Because the selected will recieve some attention and assistance from people with more experience, resources, and contacts than them relevent to being successful in their arena of personal, professional and plantery transformation. The lessons they learn and the process they go through to reach a milestone in their growth will be documented and screened as edutainment on the network (and then one day I hope on National TV). So we won't all have to reinvent the wheel and go through the same lessons and struggles. We can learn together through real examples of people just like us changing and being changed in real time.

Questions Arising:
So what are the criteria and instructions for submissions?
What are the criteria for selection?
Who are the coaches/mentors? What's in ti for them?
What are the best pods/forums and ways of sharing this vision with zaadsters so they want to enter?
How exactly will they interact with and help the winner?
How long will the process last/how long will the show focus on their journey?
Should this blog be just for friends so as to protect the idea in its formative stages?
....................

Documentary Film

The focus of this project is: Highlighting the inner and outer challenges and opportunities of agents of positive change working at different scales, showing the connection of different industries. These people's stories give a window into the world of Social Entrepreneurship, Conscious Capitalism, and Green Business - socially and environmentally responsible triple bottom line work. These stories of empowerment and social engagement will inspire and inform viewers showing how it is possible to make a profit by making a difference.

Stars and experts from the personal, business and sustainable development scenes will offer an integral conversation and practical instruction on how it's possible to have it all - be happy, profitable, help others and the planet - no compromise. These voices will also help make the film more popular and profitable. A portion of all profits will go towards a fund for world changing projects.

Live Events

The film will be followed by a series of highly motivating seminars that help people get clear on their passion and purpose, build talented teams, blast through inner blocks and get in touch with deep love and caring for the earth, all beings and people as a motivator creating huge positive change. Creating a world that we can all be proud of, leaving a legacy of contribution that future generations can admire.

Online Reality TV

A social networking site (perhaps zaadz) will run a complimentary campaign where people will document and share (according to specific and clear questions and criteria) the large and small visions they have to make the world a better place, how they are changing those visions into actions, the challenges their facing and the help that they need. And on a forum much like this project ideas will be selected (video is easier than writing) depending on some combination of the potential effectiveness of the project and the sincere intent of the person.

These people and projects will then be bootstrapped to into a "whole life make over" - a dream team of mentors with extensive skills, resources, networks will invest a given period of time contributing to the growth of the vision, the project and the person who held its seed. The results and highlights of the experience and lessons the person had (which were documented on film) will then be aired online and ideally on national television showing how a regular person with a dream, a team and some determination can become a powerful (and profitable) agent of change.

Then the person is put back into the social network where people can get involved and collaborate with them thus raising the creative potential of the whole network.

That's one of my ideas.
